Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GalaDrop ("we", "us", "our") at galadrop.com and any related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a studio or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use GalaDrop.
• GalaDrop is intended for professional or semi-professional photographers and photography businesses.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

• One account per user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

• Welcome plan is free and limited to 20 photos, 50 MB total, with photos auto-deleted after 24 hours.
• Paid plans (Shooter, Studio, Pro, Pro Max) are billed monthly or annually in INR through Razorpay.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. No refund is issued for partial months.
• Storage add-ons are billed at plan-specific rates per 100 GB per month and renew with the underlying subscription.
• We reserve the right to change pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice by email before any price change takes effect for your account.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to galleries after the retention window described below.

You agree not to use GalaDrop to:

• Upload, store, or deliver content that is illegal under Indian law or the law of the recipient's jurisdiction.
• Upload adult or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the platform through anything other than the interfaces we provide.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the platform without an active Pro or Pro Max subscription and our written consent.
• Interfere with, degrade, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

• You retain full copyright and ownership of all photos you upload to GalaDrop.
• GalaDrop claims no ownership over your content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, process, transcode, and deliver your photos to the recipients you choose, for the purpose of operating the service.
• We will not use your uploaded photos for marketing, training, or any purpose other than delivery, without your explicit written permission.

• Welcome plan photos are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. GalaDrop is not liable for this scheduled deletion.
• Paid plan photos are retained for as long as your subscription remains active and within your plan's storage limit (including any add-ons).
• Upon cancellation or non-payment, your photos remain accessible for 30 days, then are permanently deleted.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any photos you cannot afford to lose. GalaDrop is a delivery platform, not a backup service.

GalaDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make best efforts to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime, performance level, or uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or rollouts that briefly affect availability.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• GalaDrop is not liable for loss of photos resulting from your own actions (including accidental deletion, account closure, or failure to back up data).
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid to GalaDrop in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify GalaDrop and its operators from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ingaladrop@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. The retention windows described above apply on termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of GalaDrop after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
